  • 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • Wakulla Springs State Park

Meet at the park’s side gate

Coastal Cleanup is the largest volunteer service event to remove litter from our rivers and oceans for the protection of our wildlife.  Volunteers are needed at Wakulla Springs State Park to assist the Friends of Wakulla Springs State Park in removing litter from their adopted section of road that borders the park and leads to the Wakulla River.  Volunteers need to wear work clothes and shoes and are encouraged to bring their own water bottle.

Following the service event, volunteers are invited to attend the Coastal Cleanup Celebration at Panacea, which is sponsored by Keep Wakulla County Beautiful and where they will receive a Coastal Cleanup t-shirt and lunch.  Registration is required.

Please register by calling  Jackie Turner at 850-561-7281.
